Dear HP Team,

 

I kindly ask for your help in finding the Realtek audio drivers for my old laptop HP Envy 17-n104ur for Windows 11.

Hardware IDs:

Hi:

 

Since your notebook is not supported by Microsoft for W11 and the model series has been retired by HP (which would never have W11 drivers anyway), the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest W10 Realtek audio driver directly from the Realtek site.

 

You want the second file on the list.

 

PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software
