Recently purchased a new laptop from flipkart.com but warranty status expired

I have purchased a new laptop from flipkart.com on 16th May 2019. When I am checking the warranty status of my laptop, hp support portal shows warranty expired. I have filed a dispute entry and uploaded the invoice of my laptop. But still there is no change in warranty status or no response from your end. What should I do? According to my knowledge warranty should start from the date of purchase. Please enlightened me.
