Product: HP Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook came with lifetime MS Office Home and Student 2016 subscription. As far as I remember, the software came pre-installed on the laptop.

 

Now, how am I supposed to recover the subscription after I format the notebook?
