I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
Have you tried downloading it from a different browser?
I have able to download the driver using the same link.
Try downloading the driver using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and check if the issue persists.

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you wanted to know how to reinstall HP Orbit software on your HP ENVY - 15-as103na.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps for you listed below:
1. Search for and open HP Recovery Manager.
2. Under the Help column, click Reinstall drivers and/or applications.
3. Scroll down the list of apps to find HP Orbit.
4. Select the checkbox and click Install.
You may also check the link: Connecting Devices and Sharing Files Using HP Orbit
Let me know how this works.

Hi @Rainbow 23
I have already looked at this and it no longer avalible to reinstall HP Orbit.
You can no longer click Reinstall drivers and/or applications.
It is disabled : HP recovery Manager no longer supports this feature after windows upgrade.
Or am I looking in the wrong place.
