Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.. I used to have Windows 8.1 Single Language(64-Bit) by default in which I had Cyberlink Media Suite which got u installed after upgrading To Microsoft Windows  10 Home Single Language 64-Bit...how do I reinstall it.

@WAWood, my computer model surely supports the download as it came preinstalled. I do have a booklet which has the names of Third Party Softwares That Came Preinstalled and the booklet came from HP Company Itself.

Sorry, but as far as I can tell, you can't.

 

HP only offers application downloads on some limited models and yours is not one of them.
