Yep! This worked for me, I also redownloaded (once uninstalling the programme Nick refers to) HP Systems via Windows Store. All seems well - no more caps lock indicator! (Hilariously, once removing it via this solution I kind of missed its presence hahah) but! This is the solution that worked for me 🙂
