Hello!

I had to echange my notebook with a new one, due to a hardware malfunction. I registered the new notebook with my "old" HP account, and now i can see both notebooks, the new and the old one, in HP Support Assistant.

How can i remove the old notebook out of my profile or out of HP Support Assistant?

If your new computer is running the HP Support Assistant "Application" (any version near / about 9.6.x or later),

The "remove" devices is not where you'd expect.

Open HPSA > click your Account (left column, top - little "person" icon)

If you have not done so, log into the HP Support Assistant app,

Click that "person icon"

You can edit your device list as desired - use the blue "turnkeys" in the right column next to each device in the list.
