I must have defaulted the program "Cloud Converter" to open something, and now every time I try to open something, it opens cloud converter.  For example, if I want to open a .pdf file, it will open cloud converter instead of adobe pdf reader.  And when it's a word doc, it opens cloud converter.  It doesn't show up in the remove apps or programs list.  Any idea how I remove this horrible program.

You have to associate file extensions with applications (programs) to open otherwise your machine does not know how to open therefore it will use internet (or cloud). Please use the following Guide (for Windows 11, same as for Windows 10):
