Product name: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl0XX
My notebook constantly shows a blue screen that says " Tour PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then you can restart".
I get this message about seven times per day, while I am in the middle of my work. How can this be fixed?

Hi Asmita,
I tried all you suggested and found that my computer is up to date, BIOS is up to date as well, along with passing diagnostic tests.
What I found out, however, is the message displayed on the blue screen which states the issue as stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
I trust this helps in getting the problem fixed.
Thanks.

Please try these steps -
1) Select Start, and in the search box, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.
2) Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/").
3) Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
