I would like to make HP customers aware of the issues I am encountering to have the brand new laptop purchased directly from the HP website replaced. I bought it in early September and after 3 weeks of use I realized that the same Kernel Power Critical error encountered on a previous HP laptop I owed was occurring. I therefore requested a replacement which was agreed. I sent back the laptop and since then, despite it was confirmed that they received it, I haven't been provided with a replacement or a refund. No communications were sent to me, I have to keep calling back and I keep getting the same answer, i.e. the issue has been escalated and I will be contacted in the next few days. HP now has my laptop since two weeks. I will report the fraud to the police if I do not get a replacement laptop or a refund by the end of this week and I will certainly not buy HP products in future.
