I am writing to seek a permanent resolution for the ongoing issues with my HP laptop, which I purchased approximately 15 months ago in Pakistan. During the warranty period, I had to bring the laptop in for repairs multiple times, and according to the customer care service, the motherboard was replaced twice. Each time, the issue seemed resolved, but within a short period, it would return.

 

As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for my studies. The recurring issues have disrupted my ability to study effectively, and I often have to borrow laptops from friends, which is not a sustainable solution. The repeated trips to the service center also consume a lot of time, adding to the burden on my shoulders.

 

While I am willing to pay for an extension of the warranty, I am concerned that the laptop, which has already given me issues multiple times in a year, may continue to do so. Despite requesting the warranty extension a month ago, I still have not received confirmation or a fixed solution. I need assurance that the laptop will be reliable moving forward, especially with my exams coming up in six months.

 

I kindly request that you review my case and consider providing a replacement or a more permanent solution. It is important for me to have a dependable laptop so that I can continue my education without further interruptions.
