Request to rectify the driver issue

Hi Team 

The PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller are identified as " Other devices " in Device Manager. This occurs when the driver is missing. Kindly verify the attached image. 

Even though I have surfed the net and installed the following software, shown below. 

I don't know how to resolve the issue. Kindly provide the solution.

Hi:

First, install the Intel Chipset driver and restart the PC.

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81894.exe 

Then install this driver:

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82001-82500/sp82025.exe
