What is the purpose of the new update assistance request (screenshot) in my dashboard. and what to do when there is that. I ask nothing for assistance or orders on the internet.

Hi,

It is there so that if you ever open a ticket for servicing any of the HP products you have, you can follow the procedure online and get info of where the product is located; when it will be fixed...
