I can't find the right drivers for this computer. Can you help me?

When I installed the thermal framework drivers, the computer would shut down by itself and the blue screen of death appeared and I had to format the computer again to solve the blue screen problem. That's why I'm asking for help. I need the drivers for the following devices:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D3A&SUBSYS_8485103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D21&SUBSYS_8485103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D31&SUBSYS_8485103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D27&SUBSYS_8485103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2A&SUBSYS_8485103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_8485103C

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3400

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3403

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5287&SUBSYS_528710EC

I can't find the right driver for the keyboard to work properly. Backlights and extra functions with the FN key do not work.

Thank you

First install this driver and restart the PC:

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

10.1.19444.8378

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp148501-149000/sp148947.exe

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

8.7.10802.26924

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/sp149507.exe

You need this driver for the PCI simple comms controller:

Intel Management Engine Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151001-151500/sp151198.exe

Intel Serial IO Driver

30.100.1914.3

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96954.exe

Realtek Card Reader Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp138501-139000/sp138875.exe

You probably need this driver for the Fn keys:

HP System Event Utility

1.40

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88257.exe

First of all, thank you very much for helping me. I installed all the drivers you indicated to me and I no longer have the blue screen of death. However, these two devices still remained uninstalled. Can you help me again?

You're very welcome.

You need this driver for the ACPI device:

Synaptics TouchPad Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92861.exe

The PCI device should have been installed by the Realtek SD card reader driver (sp138875).

Try manually installing the driver from the device manager as follows:

Click on the PCI device.  Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp138875.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

Thank you again. I installed the card reader driver and it got working. Then I installed the touchpad driver (which didn't work because the device is still there to install) and now the blue screen of death appears again with the error "Power state failure". The computer shuts down with this error after a few minutes after it is turned on. Will I have to reformat the computer? I think this driver is not for the touchpad but for the fingerprint.

You're very welcome.

Would you be able to uninstall the touchpad driver to prevent that from happening?

If not, if you have the system restore utility enabled, select a restore point to a time before you installed the driver I gave you.

Windows 11 System restore still exists and how to use it (youtube.com)

And you're right about the device being for the fingerprint sensor.

However, the HP driver from your notebook's support page does not contain support for that hardware ID for some reason.

I found the driver for that specific device on the Windows Update catalog, zipped it up and attached it below.

Install it manually from the device the same way you did for the Realtek SD card reader.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID that remains:

[Manufacturer]
%SYNAUMDF%=Synaptics,NTamd64

[Synaptics.NTamd64]
; TODO: Change the VendorID (VID) and ProductID (PID) to match your device
%WBDIDeviceName%=Biometric_Install, ACPI\SYNA8007

I'm sorry that installing the touchpad driver cause such a major disaster with your notebook.

I don't understand why it did that.

If going back to a previous state does not resolve the problem, I guess you have no other option but to reinstall Windows, but at least you now have all the drivers you need.
