Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't seem to use the SD card reader on my laptop, I tried everything but I can't seem to find the device driver for the laptop, is there a driver I can download or a way I can turn on the SD card reader?

did you try to update latest drivers for the laptop ?

you can use hp support assistant to update all drivers
