First, my 4yr old kept getting shocked by the charger last night and today I keep getting shocked by the charger and laptop. Tried calling but was told to call back tomorrow since it's the weekend. This is unacceptable! It's not a shock that is unnoticeable, it's a shock that hurt and make you jump and drop whatever you're touching. Seems to be just the part that where you put the charger into the charging port and then the bottom of the laptop is shocking. So weird! I just got yours laptop a couple months ago. This is my 3rd one this year and they all have had some kind of issue.
