Hi,
I want to download a safety data sheet for Pavilion 15, but cannot find the exact SDS for my laptop.
I have contacted customer support 5 times today but none of them could help me out on this.
I checked a part number of my laptop battery,
and searched on the following link, but there was no exact match.
http://h22235.www2.hp.com/hpinfo/globalcitizenship/environment/productdata/bamsdsuseng.html
So I searched by " Pavilion 15" there are about 28 hits and am not sure which one
is the correct SDS for my laptop.
I know that the battery/power is 3-cell 41Wh Li-ion prismatic battery, but where can I find the correct SDS of it??
I am already so stressed out so if someone could help me, that would be great!!
Thanks

Since there are thousands and thousands of different models/products, no vendors can write manuals for EACH model/product. You have to use a generic information and apply for your machine
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

Thanks for your comment.
I understand your comment and understand that not all manufacturers make each SDS for each laptop.
However, it is so difficult to indicate which "generic" SDS would match with my laptop because there is no information
on that........
But the good thing is that I actually found the exact SDS that I was looking for 🙂 so that is a YAY!
I hope HP team will improve the SDS page so customers would have an easier time finding what they are looking for.
I learnt from this experience that I will never purchase HP devices.
but thanks for your helpful comment 🙂
