I had trouble setting up my new printer and called HP for help. Help desk said it was a computer problem, not a printer issue and transferred the call to another "technician." I gave him access to my computer. Was charged $300+ for him to fix. 3 months later I get a call telling me they have had an alarm. Again gave him access. This time he wanted $700 to fix. I shut him out of my computer. Have I been scammed? HP don't seem to understand what I am talking about and again wanted access to my computer. I can't find anyone to talk to.
