Product: Ryzen 5, 8GB, 1 TB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I bought 15.6 AMD Ryzen 5 on the 1/6/19. Yesterday, screen started flicking all the time so I can`t open anything and laptop is overheating in the area where processor is. When I open task manager, processor usage shows jump`s up to 100% . Since the HP chat is bot I hope someone here will answer with few words in support what to do.
