HP Envy X360 2 in 1 15.6"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

The screenshot option (windows key + prt sc) does not work on my new HP Envy X360 2 in 1 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop, AMD 4th Gen 8-Core Ryzen 7 4700U. I'm also missing a screenshot folder. However, I can use the fn + prt sc which will allow me to use the Snip & Sketch tool but I'm unable to do screenshots.

I have tried updating the keyboard driver and reinstalling it.

The OneDrive function ("automatically save screenshots I capture to OneDrive") does not function either. I reinstalled OneDrive to see if it helps without any success.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

No, this won't work. Please try Fn + prt sc. You can also use Snipping tool to select an area on screen to capture

I just figured this out. Press fn + windows key + prt sc and it will take a screenshot.
