I need to turn on secure boot to play an online game and do not know how to do it. I looked up tutorials, but I do not understand how to get to the screen to change the state of secure boot.

Hi:
If Windows is installed in UEFI mode, see if this works to enable secure boot...
Step 1. Go into the BIOS and Load HP Factory Default Keys and see if Secure Boot becomes available.
Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below).
How to Disable Windows 10 Fast Startup (lifewire.com)
Step 3. go back into your BIOS and try Load HP Factory Default Keys.
Step 4. enable Secure Boot at this point.

Procedure
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security > Secure Boot Settings > Secure Boot Enforcement and press Enter.
Select a setting and press Enter:
Enabled — Enables Secure Boot.
This may help you,
