Hi, I've been strugling with one of the funcionalities of my laptop, I tried to see if a BIOS update was the solution but when accessed to the corresponding HP page to do so, it shows me that there's only update for SO Windows 10 and I have Windows 11, so may you please throw me some alternate fixes? down here some screenshots of device manager with the error and the support page. Hi:

Your notebook does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements, so there would not be any W11 drivers for your PC.

I doubt that updating the BIOS will fix that issue.

When you click on the PSP device what is the error report?

Have you tried uninstalling the device, restarting the PC and see if it installs properly?

Have you tried installing the latest chipset driver from the AMD website?
