Download and install it manually using Microsoft catalog. Here:

KB5129195 is not applicable if the computer is running a different Windows version or architecture. Make sure you downloaded and installs the correct version. Title/Name of update in Microsoft Catalog should be exactly same as what shown in windows update. 

 

I also suggest you to create system restore point.
