Welcome to the HP English Community --
If an unknown bot popped up on your computer screen, I would guess your Internet security is poor.
If you are trying to fix an Employee access account associated with your HP Store account, the bot might be associated with that setup. I don't like the sound of it, but perhaps it is a possibility.
If you wandered out onto the Internet looking for help, you could land almost anywhere -- most of these places, no matter what they claim, no matter what they promise, no matter how much they try convince you that you need their help, are not HP.
Try calling the store --
HP Store in the USA is one of the very few places where HP posts a direct number.
