Hi @Deepaktanwar,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand that your facing an issue Kindly do not worry we’ll definitely help you in resolving this issue.

Kindly please follow the below steps :

1. Check BIOS Version and Settings

Restart your laptop and press Esc → F10 (or F2 depending on model) to enter BIOS Setup.

Verify the BIOS version and check if there are any obvious misconfigurations or error messages.

Ensure TPM Security is enabled:

Navigate to Security → TPM/TPM State → Enabled.

Save and exit BIOS.

2. Perform a BIOS Recovery/Reset

Sometimes BIOS corruption can cause product/serial number issues.

To reset BIOS:

Turn off the laptop.

Press and hold Windows + B and then press the Power button for 2–3 seconds (keep holding Windows + B).

Release the power button but continue holding Windows + B until the BIOS recovery screen appears.

Follow the on-screen instructions to restore default BIOS settings or attempt a BIOS recovery.

3. Check HP Support Tools

Open HP Support Assistant → System Information.

Confirm if the tool is showing the correct product name and serial number.

If the serial is still incorrect, it may indicate BIOS-level corruption.

4. Attempt Windows Key and TPM Detection

After confirming TPM is enabled, press Windows + R → tpm.msc to check TPM status.

If TPM is still not recognized, you may need a BIOS re-flash using HP’s official BIOS update file from the HP Software & Drivers page.

Only use the BIOS file corresponding exactly to your original model.

And for the second part of the question for finding the  CT number of the System board :

You can usually find the System Board CT Number (also called the motherboard CT number) on a white sticker located on the motherboard itself. It often appears as a long barcode with the letters 'CT' at the beginning. To see it, you'll typically need to remove the bottom cover of your HP laptop. If you’re not comfortable opening the device, HP Support or a certified technician can help locate it safely.

I hope this helps.

That is the Problem Brother, the Motherboard itself is not detecting the TPM which is there and i know that because earlier it used to detect it. Also, im not being able to find my Bios version anywhere online so how can i Reset it to the original version if it is Corrupted?
