Hello. I just got off the phone with HP support as I had sent out 5 chromebooks for repair but 1 was not sent back. I have the serial number but it appears I never received a CSO or case ID for it despite getting a box to send it in.

 

The from section on the shipping label said:

Shipping / Receiving

HP Service Center 1

1621 Heil Quaker Blvd

La Vergne TN 37086 US

 

I called HP support and gave them the chromebook serial number but they had no record of anything.

Please look for a private message from me requesting additional information. Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
