How do I talk to a live person at HP?

@gggamegirl

Any context would be better than not..

For example, if you want to purchase an HP device or you have questions about purchase or shipping,

Use the information you received (via email) to contact the Sales team

OR

Visit the store and use the contact phone number at the website

 Store/HP.com USA Sales

Not your HP store?  Scroll to the bottom of the website and click the Flag to change regions.

OR

contact Customer Service

Self-Help Service, Account, Security and Privacy, Returns and cancellations, FAQ, Shopping, Shipping and delivery, Rebates / Coupons, Product Support, Parts and services

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are asking about "shipping" a computer to HP for the purpose of repair,

Use the information you received (via email) to contact the response center handling your case.  (Do NOT post your case number here.)

Same answer for questions about "when your computer will return"...

OR

Provide a bit more information and we can possibly redirect you.

OR

Hang out and wait...

  • I will submit a request that someone take a look.
  • Please know that because our Community is not HP Technical Support, we are not a direct conduit to HP.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome:  Our request is not a magic back door into HP.
  • When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims.

Note to those reading:

  • Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
  • Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from scammers.

Thank you for participating in our HP Community.

We are a world community of volunteers dedicated to supporting HP technology
