Now I am VERY confused!! 

What images were deleted?

Remove what app from my taskbar?

I already have HP Support Assistant and I have no problems with it. It is already on my taskbar and I have a desktop shortcut for it as well.

You need to put the HP App on the taskbar instead of that older app that is not working

 

Apparently you can see the images, but no one else can.

There is NO app on my taskbar that is not working.

I have a DESKTOP SHORTCUT that runs hpqDTSS.exe and shows this screen:

When I click the "Shop Online" button, I get a screen saying:

This site can’t be reached

The web page at www.hp.com/post-embed/ordersupplies-na?client=KarnakSW&swversion=032.004.116.94128 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
THAT is what is not working.
