Product: Stream Notebook 11-d015na.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought the computer 18mths ago, and had to do one other reinstalls of Win 10. (Originally it was using Win 8). The problem each time had been that I've lost the use of the Touchpad (or, Clickpad as I've seen it called) plus, cursor. The first time I installed Win 10, I found the answer on the HP site, but cannot find it now! So, I'm afraid I've got to ask if anyone knows the answer my problem of how to recover the use of said Touchpad, and how to get a Curser on screen. Sorry for this, but any assistance would be greatfully received. THANK YOU ALL.
