Hi,

The Sleep option is not available on Power settings. The only option I have is to Hibernate or Shutdown, I've been investigating and seems that everything point to display drivers issues. I have updated them and re installed but no success. I tried by enable Sleep by modifying the Group policy and also in the Registry editor, but the "CsEnabled" is not available for me.

Any clues on how this could be fixed? Thanks

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Intel chipset driver to the latest version and restart the PC.

10.1.18243.8188

In order for the PC to be able to enter into sleep mode, you need the relevant chipset and graphics drivers installed.
