Dear IT Support,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with slow internet speeds on my 5-year-old HP Notebook 15-dy1051wm laptop. Despite clearing temporary files and running device checks, the problem persists.

My laptop's specifications are as follows:

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit Version: 22631.4169
  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU  1.00GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB

I would appreciate it if you could investigate the possible causes of this slow internet speed and provide potential solutions.

From its specs, it has a Realtek Wi-Fi 5 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5.0 combo(26) (MU-MIMO supported) wifi adapter. HP does not supply drivers for Windows 11

Please try the following driver for Windows 11  : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/sp149501.exe
