Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't install recommended  update

SP 80348, 2.22.1 Ap3     The installer originally failed because of HP Sure Start.  I unistalled (and Bridge). Now installer reports that it cannot be installed

It then just rolls back. I live in Thailand - it's important that coolsense works!

A rescue recovery, newly installed SSD and 3 updates to the Assistant and updates are now working.
The Assistant notifies that updates are available - but doesn't check itself!

How are you installing it- from your Support page or using HP Support Assistant?
