Product: HP Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Ok so I'm trying to upgrade my version of windows 10 but when I go to click upgrade it says there were problems then gives you the option to click "fix issues" which I do, then tells me I can't upgrade and to contact my manufacturer to ask about upgrading system BIOS. I will contact them but they are closed currently and I'm just curious.

First off, I am sure you are not running Windows 10 IOT -- as that is an embedded OS not available to the public.  So, to start out, you need to provide us the actual Windows version you are using -- and what version of Windows you are running.

 

To get this information, enter "winver" (without the quotes) in the Search area and report back what is shown in the Window.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
