My HP Sceptre successfully downloaded embroidery software program.  However, it won't install on my machine.  When I click to install, or right click and install as administrator, the windows screen appears asking if it is OK to install.  I click yes.  Then nothing happens.  I have disabled my anti-virus software (norton) in case that was the issue.  I successfully downloaded it on my Dell computer with no problems, so I don't think it is a software issue.  The software company gives you the option of downloading it on 3 computers, so that's not the issue.  I spoke to the tech department there and they can't understand why it won't install.  I believe it has to be something on my HP because I had no problems installing it on my Dell.  I would appreciate any help I can get.  Thank you very much!!

Dear @Palommy

Do you have a problem with the drivers ?

I have seen on many computers this problem and it is usually an HP problem in the driver installer.

On my laptop the same thing happens I update the drivers manually with the inf file.

Yes, I updated the drivers.  I also updated all computer updates that were available.  Thanks for taking the time to respond, though.
