See if this driver works:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66601.exe

The driver setup information file shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

[Intel.ntamd64.6.1]
; DisplayName Section DeviceId
%TEE_DeviceDesc%=TEE_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18

You need this driver for the PCI E/D Controller:

Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72199.exe

You need this driver for the PCI Device:

Realtek Card Reader Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71904.exe

You're very welcome.

You should be able to manually install the driver as follows:

Go to the device manager.

Click on the PCI E/D Controller needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.

Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp72199.

Make sure that the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install that way.

You're very welcome.

I'm surprised the manual install method didn't work.

Please post the hardware ID for the device that needs the driver.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

You need to look at the link I posted for how to find the ID.

There is a drop down and you select Hardware ID.

The ID will start with PCI/VEN
