@Firdaus3 Perhaps, you should explain why you need an software update? 

Meanwhile, here's all you need to know about the HP ProtectSmart:

 

Before you move the PC, HP recommends that you either shut it down or initiate Sleep or Hibernation. However, in the event that the PC is shaken or dropped not in Sleep or Hibernation mode, ProtectSmart will park the hard drive to attempt to prevent damage. ProtectSmart protects your hard drive by using a device to measure movement called accelerometers that are placed inside your PC.

 

ProtectSmart is not used on Solid State Hard Drives because there are no moving parts.
