Hi!  Previously I asked when or how will I receive the  Core™ i5 Software Pack and the Free game and I was told in 2 weeks via e-mail. However I haven't still got anything and I want to know if I am ever going to receive them or not.

 Problem solved! All I had to do was just check my e-mail carefully.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options, if any. 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region.
