I installed SP114036 which is the legacy version and upgraded from there.

I installed Windows 11 from Internet download -- Now, "H-P" online auto-detects my laptop as STILL having Windows 10 -- BUT I Nows Do HAVE WINDOWS 11 that I installed online -- maybe that is why my attempts to get HP Support Assistant for win-11 HAVE ALL FAILED -- What can I do???

I clicked the link you provided, BUT IT "AUTO-DETECTED" MY LAPTOP AS HAVING WINDOWS 10 -- HOWEVER, IT TRULY HAS WINDOWS 11 NOW -- How can a "force" a download of HP Support Assistant for Windows 11 ?????

Yes Legacy is okay but it is only HPSA version 8.8.  Now the problem is we cannot upgrade to Ver. 9 either in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

I have the same problem with you....still cannot solve. Now I do have the HPSA except I download the Legacy which is Ver. 8.8 for all server.  However I just want to upgrade it to the most updated version 9.  Any old hand or HP expertise can help?

What a pity that this link cannot help me.  I still cannot install the new version 9 of HPSA.
