Product: Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to download and update some drivers on my new laptop.  But when I go to the Software and Driver support page for my Spectre, I get the wheel going around and around but the page never populates.  What's am I doing wrong?
