Hi, how do i stop this from showing up every time i turn my laptop on. I no longer need speech recognition however this keeps coming up. (Circled in red)

Please try:

 
  1. Click Start then type: Change text to speech options in search bar.
  2. Hit enter.
  3. Select the Speech Recognition tab
  4. Under 'User Settings' uncheck 'Run speech recognition at startup'
  5. Click Apply and OK
