Hi HP!

I have 2 HP Spectre that have drained battery even when completely shut off since I first bought them. I have recently done a full recovery and need to resolve the issue once again. After googling and looking at your support forum, their seem to be a fix called SPHINX fix, but one must contact you to get it. 


Could you please send me the update I need to get rid of the battery drain?
