Stop code problem

Hi

I got my current laptop about this time last year, and since I got it, ive been having a stop code issue, i took it into Harvey Norman (where i bought it) and they said warranty wouldn't cover it cause its apparently a windows 11 issue and not a hardware issue, but its been happening since i got it and it was W10

Ive followed the instructions Windows have provided, but it hasn't done anything, so i'm wondering if its got something to do with the laptop rather then windows. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how you fixed it without having to pay way to much $$ or buying a new laptop, it seriously annoys me, i lose unsaved work because of it and it just wastes my time

Don't worry, I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. 
The last thing I can suggest try and restore the OS back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.  The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
