How to stop printer from sending a report after I send a print

The solution depends on the type of report.

For example,

If the "report" is actually an alignment sheet,

Place the sheet on the printer glass and follow the instructions on the sheet to calibrate the cartridges.

If the report is a result of having printed a Word document,

the following solution might apply:

Unwanted “cover” page in Word

Prevent Word document printout from also printing document report

File > Options > Display

Printing options

UNCHECK box “Print document properties”

OK to save changes

OR

Word > Preferences > Printer

UNCHECK / Disable the document property
