Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I own an hp stream laptop with 32 gb of storage, and I had aroun 3 gb of storage left to work around with after all the reserved storage for windows etc, So I found an online video (this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zur8vuvgTzA) explaining how to disable the reserve storage.

Instructions in the video.

1. Open start

2. Search for Registry editor

3. Open Registry editor

4. Click on Software then, microsoft then, windows then, Current Version then, double click reserve manager and change shippedwithreserve variable to 0.

After I did all that, in theory, I should have around 10 Gb of storage due to the pc hoarding 7gb of  reserved storage, right? No, Instead I lost 1 gb of storage and was left with 2 bytes left.  When I changed the variable back to 1  however it took all of my storage, and now I am left with 0 bytes of storage. I have tried reseting my pc but it kept telling I need 21 more gb in my c: file.  So I am bassically stuck now, please help.
