My Laptop is a HP stream 14.cb163wm. It is telling me that I have no storage left. With only 6GB of use in apps and downloads. How can I figure out why all my storage is used. I did all the diagnostics already. It didnt free up more space . I bought it used as well.

Unfortunately the Stream devices have a 32GB SSD type of storage with no opportunity to make it larger.
The only option is to use an external device or a memory card.
I'm not an HP employee.
