Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

yesterday i was logging out of my computer to go to the lock screen because i was gonna go do something in the kitchen . i came back and when i logged in the screen appeared white not being able to alt f4 so i held on the power button for it to restart. and when i turned it back on it said that there was a problem restarting and it has been on automatic repair til today. i tried turning it off and back on but it still goes to the same screen. any help?!?
