Please I am experiencing stuttering or lagging issues with mouse movement, video streamings and almost eventually every activity that I do on my HP Notebook Core™ i3-7100u. The machine is having an AMD Radeon R5 graphics and anytime I update the drivers it starts lagging unless I reverse back to default drivers before I see a change. Please how do I solve this? So won't I be able to enjoy my AMD Radeon R5 Graphics? Please Help.

Have you made any hardware changes on the computer?

 

Meanwhile, follow the steps in the below article to update the BIOS.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shuttering when you video stream.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then run a system test on the computer follow the steps in the below article.

Please I have downloaded the required drivers from the link you sent earlier thus the bios and the graphics' drivers but in attempt to install the bios, I get feedback of Flashing Bios ..... Bios Update Failed x.

Thank you Fossette, your later directives worked. The Hp Support Assistant worked for the Bios update. Through that I got the bios updated to F.29 from F.20 and after that, I run the AMD Radeon Graphics Drivers and boom machine working without delay.
