I added a Microsoft Office 365 Home 1 year subscription when I purchased my HP laptop. I already had a subscription, which has now expired. Now, I want to add my "new" subscription to my account, but I can not see how to do that. Microsoft says I have to ask HP, and HP hasn't been able to help. Please help.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to activate Microsoft 365, I am glad to assist you.
If this screen appears, Office is installed as a one-year subscription or one-time purchase
A digital product key is transmitted to your PC, so you won't need or receive a printed product key. You activate Office by signing in with a Microsoft account. If Microsoft detect your Microsoft account, They will show it on this screen. After you sign in, your product is added to your Microsoft account, so that you can reinstall it later, or manage your new subscription, without a product key.
