HP Notebook - 15-dw0030nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OK, so I turned on my computer during vacation to do a little work.  NO MOUSE /TOUCH PAD.  I mean the touch/mouse pad was gone.  No-existent.  No drivers, nothing in device manager about a mouse pad, period.  I have searched and searched and cannot find it on this computer.  Bought a mouse and keyboard from HP and it works fine, but I use the computer much more without the mouse and keyboard.  And I CANNOT, because it is non-existent.  Looking for mouse pad on the settings menu, all I find it the mouse and keyboard that I bought -- NO MOUSE PAD!

I would think all that I really need to do is reinstall the mouse/touch pad, but cannot seem to find that software for my OS, Win-10 64-bit, on HP's site.

@LarryRoberts -- usually, the keyboard and the touchpad and the mouse-buttons are considered by the motherboard to be USB devices.  So, it is possible that some of the USB circuits on your motherboard have failed.
