Around 3-4 years ago i got a HP Pavilion dv6-6c80la, with an intel core i7-2670 QM, Intel/AMD Switchable Graphics and windows 7 (64-bit), 1 year later, i accidentally dropped the laptop, and the HDD Broke, i had to get a new one, and reinstall windows 7. After i installed windows and all the drivers, my problems started; i would get extremely long boot times, after the windows logo, a black screen would show up, no messages, nothing, and after around 7-10 minutes, it would finally boot. Once it booted, windows would be quite slow for around 5 minutes after it booted, and then it would normalize. I would get blue screens while playing, messages saying the driver had stopped working, etc.
Then i decided to update to windows 8, to see if that would fix the problem, but i was still getting it, i decided to format my HDD again and do a clean instalation of windows 8.1, Still the same issue
Last year, i upgraded my HDD, again, and did a clean instalation of windows 10, but that didn't fix the problem, i always downloaded the drivers from the HP Driver page, so i decided looking up the hardware ID for the graphics card on google, and it turns out that when i look it up on google, it says it's an AMD Radeon 7690M XT, but when i check the driver i downloaded from the HP Page, it says it's a AMD 6700M Series graphics card.
After i installed windows 10 and the AMD 6700m Graphics card driver that i downloaded from the hp page, boot times would go up again, around 10 minutes on a black screen after the windows logo, then it would finally boot. I decided to uninstall the amd driver, and restarted my laptop, this time it booted in like 1 minute or less, i reinstalled the driver, and boot time went up again, that's when i noticed it was the graphics card driver.
Today i upgraded to a samsung SSD and installed windows 10 64-bit, and i was getting a 5-10 second boot time, but after i installed the graphics card that i downloaded from the hp page, boot time went up to 1-2 minutes again. The driver page for the HP Pavilion dv6-6c80la only has windows 7 and windows 8 drivers, i have tried installing both (installing one, then uninstalling it, and then installing the other one), but with both drivers i always got the same problem on windows 7 64-bit,windows 8 64-bit, windows 8.1 64-bit, and windows 10 64-bit once after i dropped my laptop and had to get a new HDD
I've looked up the laptop model multiple times on google, and it says it has a Radeon 7690M XT, not a 6700M, all the specs from the google results match with my laptop except for the graphics card, same processor, same ram, everything except the graphics card.
I haven't been able to find the Radeon 7690M XT driver anywhere, i don't know if i should try installing that one, what should i do, or how can i fix the long boot times, because it's quite annoying having to wait so long for my laptop to boot.
Here's the GPU id:

Searching with that vin number leads to AMD 6700M:

Hello! I have the same problem. Tell me, where did you get the clean driver for this video card? Give a link or tell me where to look. I've been puzzling over this problem for half a year, but I always come to the fact that the driver for the 6700 is installed.
PS I am from Russia. If the HP support could not help you, then they definitely will not help me) All the hope for you, DarkMonstr

Someone, please, give a link to the driver for the AMD 7690 card. All I found is the AMD utility. But this utility installs the driver is not correct, namely for 6700series. Faced this problem after replacing the HDD on a laptop HP Pavilion dv6-6c53er.
